Through the years Main Street has evolved from dirt and horses to pavement and motor vehicles. In the collage above, the changes in Main Street are shown. The time before cars and trucks seem to be very simple. I feel like life was much simpler and people were more friendly. In the left photo, people are shown communicating, but in the right photo no one is in sight. I feel like “back in the day” people weren’t so rushed or focused on materialistic items. On the other hand, Main Street has managed to keep the same layout when it comes to buildings and their positions.
